Joshua is a registered nurse from Arkansas and has been with Allen Flores for over 5 years. As the Director of Training Solutions, he manages the development and implementation of the Allen Flores Online Academy and the development of regulation-compliant policies and training curriculum. His passion is to improve the assisted living experience for both residents and care teams through staff development. When he is not working to improve staff training solutions, you can find him rock climbing, hunting or cooking in the kitchen.
