Josh consults on risk management and legal cases, including testifying as an expert on assisted living standards of care. He is certified in assisted living nursing by the American Assisted Living Nurses Association. He also serves on the California Assisted Living Association board of directors and is the past board chair of the Center for Excellence in Assisted Living.

Allen Flores Consulting Group was founded in the late 1980s by Sandi Flores, RN.  A true pioneer in senior living, Sandi helped establish many of the standards and procedures the industry was founded on.  Sandi led our team until her retirement in 2020.  We continue to foster the principles she instilled of honesty, integrity, genuine care for our team members, and putting resident health and wellbeing above all other priorities.
