More Info- Requirements:
- Active LPN licensure
- Driver’s License
- CPR Certification
- 1+ year minimum direct experience working in an assisted living facility at a director level or higher
- Description:
- Provide education to clients on resident care, clinical policies, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with Community staff on-on-one and/or in groups to understand specific needs, make recommendations and provide education/training regarding policies and procedures
- Conduct and review audits of senior living communities to identify physical environment, nursing practice, safety practices, Infection control practices and regulatory violations
- Apply AFCG clinical policies and exercise sound nursing judgment
- Position requires travel, overnight stays, and on call
