As a Director of Clinical Services for multiple clients, she assists in all Clinical aspects of their communities including assistance with compliance with state, federal and company policy and procedures. She provides training programs for new Directors of Nursing and the teams at the communities. She is knowledgeable in, provide training, and assist with implementing EHR/EMAR systems. She provides Quality Assurance oversite and monitors the progress. Maria is a skilled career professional with more than 30 years practical experience in administration, hospital, rehabilitation, home health, and primary care environments.
