We are available by telephone or email support seven days a week to both corporate and community staff. Support may include addressing a variety of clinical issues, including compliance questions, move-in/retention decisions, and responding to urgent clinical issues.
Our clinical team, led by Josh Allen, RN, C-AL has the experience and expertise to help you navigate today’s clinical challenges. We can work with you to help make the right decision on move-in or retention concerns including problem solving when to involve outside professionals (such as hospice or home health) and when licensing exceptions may be required.
We are also here to support you on licensing and compliance concerns. Do you have state standing in the community making demands? We can help you navigate plans of correction and amend policies to avoid deficiencies.
